If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason and you want to return or replace it, please inform us via phone or email within 14 days after you receive your order.

We can only return or replace items that were never used and still have labels, packaging, etc. as well as documents confirming your payment (till slip, delivery note, receipt signed by the delivery person etc.). You can return your items in person, on workdays (Mon-Fri) 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, to Alena Akhmadullina Boutique, 13 Pozharsky pereulok str., 119034 Moscow. You will be expected to fill a special return or replacement form and attach a till slip copy to it. Money can be returned to a card or in cash, depending on how the purchase was made.
